Russia Dual Return Ltd is an investment fund registered in the British Virgin Islands. It is a Professional Fund as defined by the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (SIBA).

The Fund opens the possibility of investing in shares of fundamentally undervalued and fast-growing companies, as well as a unique opportunity to invest in emerging markets in the CIS region.

The GFM Cossack Bond Company Limited (the “Company”) is an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands. The Company falls within the definition of a “Mutual Fund” in terms of the Mutual Funds Law (2009 Revision) of the Cayman Islands (the “Mutual Funds Law”) and accordingly is registered as a Regulated Mutual Fund under SEC. 4(3) of that Mutual Funds Law.

The investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation in US dollar terms by investing in both US dollar denominated and local currency denominated obligations of sovereign, regional, local government and corporate borrowers in the CIS states.
